Owing to a joint effort of HPSLA and GSLU Punjab members as on 31st October,3rd November and 15th November, today Punjab Cabinet  approved the recommendations of the Cabinet Sub Committee on the employees’ demands comprising Mr. Tikshan Sud, Dr. Upinderjit Kaur and Mr. Adesh Partap Singh Kairon (all Cabinet Ministers).In this cabinet meeting the school lecturers had been given the pay scale of 10300-34800+5400 GP at par with the school Headmasters.

Punjab govt hikes retirement age of medical teaching faculty from 60 to 62 years, pay scales of employees revised

The kanugo would now get Rs.3600 GP instead of Rs.3000.  The school lecturers had been given the pay scale of 10300-34800+5400 GP at par with the school Headmasters.  Pharmacists have been placed in the higher pay band of Rs.10300-34800+3600 GP against 5910-20200-3000 GP and likewise the pay grade of Grade I and Grade II pharmacist would be now Rs.4800 and Rs.4200 respectively.  Likewise Medical Laboratory Technician Grade II had been now placed in the pay scale of 10300+34800+3600 GP and the higher post of medical lab technician grade I and senior medical lab technician would now be entitled for grade pay of Rs.4200 and Rs.4800 respectively in the same pay band.  The feeder post of Mass media employees’ i.e. block extension educator would now get the pay scale of 10300-34800+3600 GP and the higher post of deputy mass media officer and district mass media officer would now get grade pay of Rs.4200 and Rs.4800 respectively.   Homeopathic and ayurvedic doctors in the pay of 10300-34800 would now get higher grade pay of Rs.5400 and after four years under ACP scheme they would be entitled for grade pay 5700 in the pay band-4.

मंत्रिपरिषद को कैबिनेट सब कमेटी की सिफारिशें मंजूर, 25 वर्ष बाद पूरे पेंशन लाभ

चंडीगढ़। पंजाब मंत्रिपरिषद ने शनिवार को हुई बैठक में प्रदेश केकर्मचारियों को वेतन वृद्धि का तोहफा दिया। मंत्रिपरिषद ने कर्मचारियों की मांगों के बारे में तीक्ष्ण सूद, डा. उपिंदरजीत कौर और आदेश प्रताप सिंह कैरों पर आधारित कैबिनेट सब कमेटी की सिफारिशों को मंजूरी दे दी है। इस बैठक की अध्यक्षता मुख्यमंत्री प्रकाश सिंह बादल ने की।

सब कमेटी की सिफारिशों को मंजूरी दिए जाने के बाद अब राज्य में कानूनगो को अब तीन हजार रुपये के बजाय 3600 रुपये ग्रेड पे के हकदार होंगे। स्कूल लेक्चरारों को अब स्कूल हैडमास्टरों के बराबर 10300-34800+5400 रुपये का वेतनमान मिलेगा। फार्मासिस्टों को उच्च पे बैंड 5900-20200+3000 ग्रेड पे के मुकाबले 10300-34800+3600 में रखा गया है। फार्मासिस्ट ग्रेड एक और ग्रेड दो को अब 4800 और 4200 रुपये ग्रेड पे में रखा गया है। ग्रेड टू लेबोरेेेेटरी टेक्नीशियन अब 10300-34800+3600 ग्रेड पे के हकदार हो गए हैं। इसी तरह मेडिकल लैब टेक्नीशियन ग्रेड एक और सीनियर मेडिकल लैब टेक्नीशियन ग्रेड अब क्रमश: 4200 और 4800 के पे बैंड में शामिल होंगे।

मास मीडिया कर्मचारियों के फीडर पद जैसे ब्लाक एक्सटेंशन एजूकेटर को अब 10300-34800+3600 रुपये ग्रेड पे मिलेगा। डिप्टी मास मीडिया आफिसर और डिस्ट्रिक मास मीडिया अफसर को अब क्रमश: 4200 और 4800 का ग्रेड पे मिलेगा।

10300-34800 वेतन मान वाले होम्योपैथिक और आयुर्वेदिक डाक्टरों को अब 5400 रुपये का उच्च ग्रेड पे मिलेगा। चार वर्ष के बाद एसीपी योजना के तहत वे 5700 रुपये ग्रेड पे के हकदार होंगे। उप वैद्य और होम्योपैथिक डिस्पेंसरों को अब 5910-20, 200+3000 का ग्रेड पे मिलेगा। शिक्षा विभाग में काम करते सभी शिक्षा कर्मियों के वेतन में 1000 रुपये महीना की बढ़ोतरी की गई है।
